  3. Pukutsani mtanda mu makola. Phulani mtanda ndi supuni 2 batala, kenako perekani shuga wofiira, masipuni 2 a sinamoni ndi ma pecans odulidwa.
  1. Pukulani ngati mpukutu wodzola ndi kudula magawo khumi ndi awiri. Ikani pa pepala lakhuki ndi flatten. Panizani ndi supuni 2 batala, kenako perekani 1/2 chikho shuga ndi sinamoni. Lolani maminiti 10 mpaka 15.
  2. Kuphika pa 400 F kwa mphindi 10 mpaka 15.
