Ndibwino kwambiri monga chakudya, ndi tiyi ngati chakudya chamasana kapena khofi pa kadzutsa (mazira amapereka mapuloteni ambiri!).
Chimene Mufuna
- 2 kucha
- mango (kapena 1 14oz akhoza mango, kuda)
- Mazira 4
- 1/4 chikho shuga woyera
- 3 tsp. shuga wofiira
- 1/2 tsp. vanila
- 1/3 chikho cha kokonati mkaka (osati lite)
Momwe Mungapangire Izo
- Sakanizani uvuni ku madigiri 350. Dulani magalasi 4 (kapena zambiri malinga ndi kukula kwa zikopa zanu) ndi kuika pambali.
- Lembani mango umodzi wotseguka mbali zonse za mwala (onani: momwe mungadulire malangizo a mango ). Sungani thupi ndi malo anu mu blender. Onjezani 2 Tbsp. madzi ndi blitz kupanga 1/3 chikho mango puree (china chilichonse chingadye). Khalani pambali.
- Tsopano tengani mango wina ndikuugulitse mofanana. Pogwiritsa ntchito supuni, tanizani magawo 4 a supuni (supuni imodzi) ndipo mupange mbale yaing'ono. Fukani ndi shuga wofiira ndipo pewani magawo kuti muvale. Khalani pambali.
- Dulani mazira mu mbale yosakaniza ndi whisk ndi dzanja kapena ndi blender kwa mphindi imodzi. Onjezerani shuga woyera ndi vanila ndi whisk kachiwiri mpaka mutayika bwino. Onjezerani mango puree kuphatikizapo mkaka wa kokonati ndikugwedeza mpaka yosalala. Apatseni chisakanizo pakati pa ziboliboli, ndikudzaza ndi 2/3 - 3/4 mwa ziboliboli.
- Onetsetsani mzere umodzi wa mango wofiirira kwambiri pamwamba pa custard ya gulu lililonse. Kuphika kwa mphindi 30 mpaka 45 (malingana ndi kukula kwa zikopa zanu), kapena mpaka custard yauka ndipo 'yakhazikika' (custard iyenera kuwuka ndi kulimbikira kukhudza - fomu yoikidwa iyenera kuyera). Dziwani kuti custard idzagwetsa kamodzi kamodzi kuchotsedwa ku uvuni - izi ndi zachilendo.
- Sungani kutenthetsa mu khungu, kapena pamwamba ndi vanila kapena ayisikoni ya kokonati. Kondwerani!
Mmene Mungadziwire Manyowa Abwino : Pankhani yosankha mango, zokoma kwambiri, mphuno imadziwa! Bweretsa mango kumphuno ndi kununkhiza. Ngati mungathe kuzindikira pang'ono kapena osunkhira, mango si abwino. Komanso, muyenera 'kutulutsa' mosavuta pamene mukugwedeza ndi thupi lanu. Mango ayenera kukhala wachikasu kapena wachikasu mtundu, osati wobiriwira konse.
