Zakudya zochepa kwambiri za vwende yakuda ( zowawa ) zimaphatikizidwa ndi julienned radish ndi karoti kuti apange saladi yokometsera yokometsetsa yomwe ingatumikidwe ngati mbale yopita ku nyama ndi chakudya.

- Zakudya zowonongeka zamasamba zotsekemera zimakhala zokoma monga ziliri koma pali zochepa zomwe zimapangidwira bwino.
