Onetsetsani-mwachangu mpaka anyezi afewetsedwe ndi osakanikirana. Onjezerani phala wophimba ndi kusonkhezera-mwachangu mpaka onunkhira. (Ngati mukugwiritsa ntchito ufa wophimba m'malo mwake, onjezerani madzi pang'ono kuti mupange phala).
- Wonjezerani nkhuku ndikukoka mofulumira kwa mphindi zisanu kuti nkhuku ikhale yonyezimira komanso yophimbidwa ndi phala.
- Onjetsani kaloti ndi mbatata. Onetsetsani kwa mphindi ndikuwonjezera nkhuku msuzi, shuga, mchere, ndi tsabola. Phimbani ndi kuzizira pa moto wochepa kwa mphindi 15 mpaka 20, kuonetsetsa kuti nkhuku yophika.
