- Supuni 2 zophika mafuta a zipatso za kanjedza zofiira (kapena mafuta a masamba ndi supuni 1 kusuta paprika monga choloweza m'malo mwa mafuta a kanjedza)

- Tomato 2 (odulidwa)
- 2 cloves wa adyo
- Ginger wambiri
- 1 botet (kapena tsabola ya habanero)
- Mavitamini 40 / 400g mavitra atsopano okongola
- 7 oz.mg / prawns akuluakulu (jumbo, mfumu)
- Mphete za squid 7 oz
- Nkhumba zoyera 10 1/2 oz //300g za mnofu (tilapia, bream)
- 8 1/2 oz./250 mL nkhuku (kapena nsomba)
- Mwachidziwikidwe: 2 mizere ya maluwa
- Zokongoletsa: anyezi a masika
Momwe Mungapangire Izo
1. Dulani anyezi ndikuwongolera m'mafuta pa chimbudzi chofiira mpaka mutenge mafuta.
