- Nkhosa 8 zamphongo
- 10 cloves wa adyo
- 2 "ginger (palibe chifukwa chochotsera khungu, khalani osamba)
- 1 anyezi wamkulu
- 1 tsp khus-khus (nyemba zoyera za poppy)
- 1 "chidutswa cha sinamoni
- 4 cloves
- 2 chilulu chobiriwira (osankha - amapatsa mbale wokongola 'kick')
- 1/2 kapu ya masamba atsopano a coriander, odulidwa mochuluka
- 1/2 tsp turmeric ufa
- 1 tsp mchere
- 5-6 supuni ya masamba / mafuta a mpendadzuwa / mafuta ophika
Momwe Mungapangire Izo
- Sambani zitsamba za mwanawankhosa bwino ndipo kenaka pukutani ndi pepala la pepala. Gwiritsani ntchito nyerere ya nyama kuti ikhale yosakaniza nyama pang'ono. Mukhoza kupewa phazi pamene nyama ikuphika mofulumira ngakhale ngati simukuchita izi.
- Ikani adyo, ginger, anyezi, mbewu za poppy, sinamoni, cloves, mapira, zobiriwira, coriander, turmeric ndi mchere muzitsulo zoyera, zowonongeka. Ikani mu phala losalala. Sungani pambali iyi kuti mugwiritse ntchito.
- Tengani poto yaikulu kapena yolemera-pansi poto ndi kuwonjezera ma telo 3 a mafuta. Kutentha pa sing'anga. Pamene mafuta akutenthedwa, yikani khungu la mwanawankhosa ndikuwotchera mpaka kuunikira mbali iliyonse. Izi ziyenera kutenga mphindi 5-7 mbali iliyonse.
- Pamene mukuwotcha nkhuku za mwanawankhosa, yikani poto ina yolemera-pansi pa kutentha kwapakati. Onjezerani mafuta otsalawo. Pamene mafuta akutenthedwa, onjezerani masala obiriwira kale. Fryani bwino kwa mphindi 10, kuyambitsa nthawi zambiri kuti masala asawotche kapena asamangidwe.
- Masala akakhala atakulungidwa bwino, onjezerani zowawa za mwanawankhosa. Onetsetsani kuti muzivala bwino masala.
- Nyengo ndi mchere ngati mukufuna ndikuwonjezera 1/2 chikho cha madzi otentha. Bweretsani zonse zosakaniza kwa chithupsa ndikuzizira kutentha. Phimbani poto ndikuphika mpaka nyama ili yabwino ndipo madzi ambiri auma. Izi zikachitika, zitsani kutentha.
- Tumikirani Chops Hara Masala ndi mbatata yaying'ono (yophika mu 'jekete' zawo, kenako amadula pakati, okometsedwa ndi kuthira batala!). Onjetsani saladi wobiriwira, masamba odyera zakudya zokoma, zokoma! Sangalalani ...
