- 3 cloves adyo
- 1 thumb-size galangal OR ginger, sliced
- 2 shallots OR 2 magawo anyezi kuphika

Thirani mafuta pang'ono (2-3 Tbsp) mu wokiti kapena lalikulu frying poto ndi malo pa sing'anga mpaka kutentha kwambiri. Onjezerani msuzi wachangu komanso nyemba. Muziganiza mofulumira 6-8 mphindi, kapena mpaka nyemba zachepa. Zindikirani: nyemba zambiri zimatenga nthawi yaitali kuti ziphike kuposa nyemba zonse. Kutumikira nyemba zobiriwira
Zosakaniza [Zakale] Zambiri Zobiriwira - Zokonzeka Kudya. D.Schmidt Chotsani phula kapena frying poto kutentha. Yesani kuyesa kukoma: Dziwani: mbale iyi ndi zokometsera komanso yamchere. (Ndikupeza kuti ndizovuta chifukwa cha kusakanikirana uku!) Ngati si mchere wokwanira, onjezani 1-2 Tbsp. Nsomba zambiri za nsomba. Ngati mchere wochuluka kwa kukoma kwanu, onjezerani kufinya kwa madzi a mandimu.
Onetsetsani kuti saltiness imaphatikizapo ngati ikuyenda ndi mpunga (komanso zakudya zina za Thai). Zakudya zosakanizika za mbale imeneyi zimapitsidwanso patsogolo poyenda ndi chimfine chozizira. Sangalalani!
