Momwe Mungapangire Izo
- Sakanizani uvuni ku madigiri 350.
- Malo odulidwa m'mphepete mwachitsulo chokhazikika, monga momwe mungagwiritsire ntchito lasagna. Thirani mafuta, kenako muzaza mbewu za chitowe , chitowe, ndi tsabola ya cayenne. Ikani bwino kuti musakanikize.
