Zindikirani: Masamba a Kaffir Lime ndi ofunikira pazomwezi (palibe malo ogwirizira). Fufuzani iwo mu magawo atsopano kapena maofesi a chakudya chanu chaku Asia / China. Zitolo zambiri zimayambanso kuzigulitsa m'magawo atsopano!
Sonkhanitsani Pamodzi Zinthu Zanu
- 4-5 mawere a nkhuku kapena ntchafu
- Tsabola 2 belu (wofiira ndi wobiriwira, kapena mitundu ina)
- 1/3 kuphika anyezi
- Masamba atsopano a basil (kutumikira)
- 2 Tbsp. mafuta (monga kokonati kapena canola) pofuna kusakaniza
Sakanizani
- 3 anyezi a kasupe, sliced
- 1 tsabola watsopano wofiira (kapena zambiri ngati mukufuna kuti izi zikhale zokometsera)
- 6-8 [kaffir] laimu masamba
- 4 cloves adyo (kapena 1/2 Tbsp. Bottled pureed adyo)
- 1 Tbsp. mandimu kapena madzi a mandimu
- 2 Tbsp. Nsomba ya Nsomba (yomwe imapezeka m'mabotolo akutali m'masitolo a ku Asia / China)
- 1/2 chikhodzodzo chotengera masamba atsopano
- 2 Tbsp. kokonati, canola, maolivi, kapena mafuta ena abwino, mafuta okoma
- 2 Tbsp. msuzi wa soya
- 1 tsp. msuzi wakuda wa soya (omwe amapezeka m'masitolo a ku Asia / Chinese)
- 1 tsp. shuga wofiira

Tsukani Masamba a Limu pansi pa Madzi Otentha.
Kupukutira masamba. D.Schmidt Tsamba la Thai Lime, lomwe limatchedwanso 'kaffir lime leaf', si tsamba chabe lochokera ku laimu. Kaffir laimu ndi kwenikweni shrub. Zilonda zomwe amabala zimakhala ndi khungu lopweteka kwambiri ndipo sizimadyedwa - masamba okha ndi odyetsedwa. Masitolo akuluakulu amitundu yambiri akuyamba kugulitsa masamba atsopano a mandimu. Ngati simungathe kuwapeza kumeneko, awunikire ku malo osungiramo chakudya cha ku Asia (mwina mwatsopano kapena gawo lafriji).
Ngati mumagwiritsa ntchito masamba a mandimu wothira: muwasambitseni mwachidule madzi otentha kuti muwadye mwamsanga ndikumasula fungo lawo lokoma. Sambani madzi owonjezera.

Kulimbikitsa-Kukhetsa anyezi. D.Schmidt Ikani kok yaikulu kapena frying poto pa sing'anga mpaka kutentha kwakukulu.
Onjezani 2 Tbsp. mafuta ndi kuthamanga mozungulira, kenaka yikani anyezi. Limbikitsani kwa mphindi imodzi, kenaka yikani nkhuku. Pitirizani kuyimbira-frying kwa mphindi 3-5, kapena mpaka nkhuku yophika bwino.
Chotsani-Kuwotcha Tip: Nthawi iliyonse pota wanu / frying ikauma, onjezerani madzi pang'ono (1 Tbsp pa nthawi) m'malo mwa mafuta ena. Izi zidzakupulumutsani ma calories osakwanira ndi mafuta.

Tayesani-yesani chipwirikiti-mwachangu , kuwonjezera msuzi wa nsomba m'malo mwa mchere, ngati kuli kofunikira. Ngati mchere wochuluka kwa kukoma kwanu, onjezerani mandimu kapena madzi a mandimu. Ngati mukufuna kuti spicier (otentha), onjezerani wina 1/2 mpaka 1 watsopano wodulidwa. Ngati mukufuna ena 'msuzi', onjezerani Tbsp pang'ono. nkhuku, mkaka wa kokonati, kapena kirimu.
