Momwe Mungapangire Izo
1. Kutentha kotentha kwa 325 F.
2. Mu skillet kapena wok wokongola, sungani mapeyala a chipale chofewa, bowa, anyezi wobiriwira ndi madzi a mchere wa sisee mafuta a maminiti 3 mpaka 5. Yonjezerani nyemba za nyemba ndikuphika kwa mphindi imodzi.
3. Mu pulasitiki kapena pulogalamu yamakono, ndondomeko ya 1/2 matope a tofu ndi msuzi wa soya mpaka utakhazikika. Tumizani ku mbale yayikulu ndikusakaniza ndi manja mkono wa otsala 1/2, tofu, ufa, yisiti ndi ufa wophika.
Onjezerani masamba ndikusakaniza bwino.
4. Sakanizani 1/3 chikho cha osakaniza pa pepala lophika ndipo mokongoletsedwereka mpaka pafupifupi 1/2 inchi wandiweyani. Pitirizani kupanga, mukugwiritsa ntchito zonse zosakaniza.
