Kuti mudziwe mmene mungakonzekere mandimu yatsopano, wonani: Zonse Za Kuphika ndi Lemongrass .
- Onetsetsani zitsulo zonse za 'Lemon Marinade' pamodzi mu mbale. Onetsetsani bwino kuti muwononge uchi mu mkaka wa kokonati. Khalani pambali.
- Onetsetsani kuti musachotse mafuta mu nkhuku (zambiri mwa izi zidzatulukamo ndipo sizidzadye, koma zomwe zatsala zidzathandiza kuyamwa nkhuku ndikuisunga). Phulani nkhuku kunja kwa mbale yophika pansi.
- Thirani 3/4 la mandimu marinade pa nkhuku. Sinthani nkhuku mu msuzi kangapo, kuonetsetsa kuti ali bwino. Malo otsala a msuzi wotsatira.
- Siyani zidutswazo zimasandulika khungu kumunsi mu msuzi ndipo mulole kuti muziyenda mufiriji kwa mphindi 30, kapena mpaka maola 24 pasanapite nthawi.
- Sakanizani uvuni ku 350 F. Tembenuzani kagawo khungu ndi kumwaza aliyense ndi mchere pang'ono. Onjezerani supuni 3 mpaka 4 madzi pansi pa mbale pafupi ndi nkhuku, kuonetsetsa kuti sudzauma.
- Bika utaphimbidwa pakati pa uvuni wanu wa ola limodzi. Gawo lakale pogwiritsa ntchito kuphika, kumeza nkhuku ndi otsala marinade. Nkhuku yachitidwa ndi iyo imasintha maonekedwe okongola a golidi.
- Kutumikira ndi mpunga kapena mbatata. Mwamuna wanga ndi ine timakonda kugawa zina za mandimu ku poto pa nkhuku pamene tikudya. Komanso amathandiza kwambiri ndi kokonati safironi Rice . Kokongoletsa ndi magawo a mandimu ndi kuwaza koriander watsopano, ndipo Kondwerani!
