- Panthawiyi, payenera kukhala madzi ochuluka kwambiri mu Bhaaji. Ngati alipo, yanizani ndi kuphika zina.
- Chotsani kutentha ndi kuwonjezera mchere kuti mulawe. Onetsetsani bwino.
- Sungani mafuta mu poto yaing'ono pa kutentha kwapakati. Mukatentha, onjezerani adyo, mbewu za chitowe ndi ntchentche zobiriwira. Mwachangu mpaka phulusa limapuma ndipo kenaka yikani kusakaniza ku masamba ophika. Muziganiza kuti mugwirizane.
