- 1 pounds boneless, mawere opanda nkhuku

- 4 ounces bowa (mwatsopano, sliced)
- 2 tbsp. vinyo wa mpunga (kapena sherry, madzi, kapena msuzi wa nkhuku, mofunikira kwambiri)
- 3/4 chikho
- 1 tsabola wabelera (wofiira, kudula pakati, mbewu zimachotsedwa ndi kudulidwa)
- 2 tsp. msuzi wa soya (mdima)
- 1/2 tsp. shuga
- 1/2 tsp.
- mafuta a sesame
Momwe Mungapangire Izo
1. Mu mbale yaing'ono, phatikiza msuzi wa soya , sherry , mafuta asanu a zonunkhira , ndi chimanga. Onjezani nkhuku, kuvala bwinobwino mu marinade. Sungani mufiriji kwa mphindi 30.
2. Thirani supuni 2 mafuta mu ok. Pamene mafuta akutentha, onjezerani chidutswa chimodzi cha ginger. Lolani bulauni kwa mphindi ziwiri kapena 3, kenako chotsani ginger (izi ndizozakolola mafuta). Yambani nkhuku ndikuyang'ana kwa mphindi, kenaka yesani mphindi 4 mpaka 5, mpaka nkhuku yophika.
Chotsani ndikupukuta wok wokonzeka.
3. Thirani mafuta a supuni 1 mu ok kapena poto. Mafuta akakhala otentha, onjezerani chidutswa cha ginger, chofiira ndi kuchotsa. Onjezani anyezi. Gwiritsani ntchito mwachangu kwa mphindi ziwiri, mpaka mutayamba kufewetsa, ndikuyambitsa mapepala pamene mukuphika.
4. Ikani anyezi kumbali ndi kuwonjezera bowa pakati, kuyambitsa vinyo wa mpunga, madzi kapena msuzi ngati mukufunikira. Onetsetsani m'matumbo. Pakadutsa mphindi imodzi, imbani mu tsabola wofiira. Gwiritsani ntchito mwatsatanetsatane mphindi imodzi (nthawi yonse yotsitsimula iyenera kukhala 2 - 3 mphindi).
5. Onjezani nkhuku kubwerera. Gwiritsani ntchito msuzi wakuda soya ndi shuga. Ikani mphindi imodzi kuti muzitha kutenthedwa, kenako muchotseni kutentha ndikuyambani mafuta a sesame. Kutumikira otentha.
