Kutenthetsa Mafuta.
Kutentha Mafuta. D.Schmidt Pali njira ziwiri zophikira opanga prawn. Ngati mukugwiritsa ntchito microwave: (iyi ndiyo njira yosavuta), ingochotsani kansalu kowuma, kowuma mu bokosi, kukonzekera pa mbale (musati muyike pamwamba pa wina ndi mzake), ndipo muzipanga ma microwave kwa masekondi 20-30 mpaka iwo akudzikuza. Pangani osachepera 12-15 (kapena zambiri ngati mukufuna kuchepetsa ochepa!).
Ngati Frying Crackers: Kutentha 1/2 mpaka 3/4 kapu mafuta mu katsamba kakang'ono ka frying pamwamba pa sing'anga mpaka kutentha kwakukulu. Pamene mabulu ang'onoang'ono amayamba kupanga, kapena pamene muwona mafuta akuyamba "njoka" pansi pa poto, mafuta ali okonzeka.
Ngati simukudziwa za kutentha kwa mafuta, yesetsani kudula wina wa mpunga m'munda. Ngati palibe chimene chikuchitika, mafuta anu sali otentha. Ngati chopalacho chiyamba kuphika ndi kudzikuza, mafuta anu otentha ndi abwino. Tembenuzani kutentha mpaka pakati.
Kuyika Mapepala A Mpunga Pogwiritsa Ntchito Zomanga. D.Schmidt Tsopano ikani magawo ang'onoang'ono a "pepala la mpunga" pa opanga. Mapepala a mpunga ayenera kukhala ouma tsopano. Ngati ndizovuta kugwira nawo ntchito, sungani zala zanu ndi mafuta pang'ono (osati madzi).
Papepala la mpunga lidzakhala ngati "mtedza" wa msakanizo wa shrimp, ndipo kuwonjezera pa kukoma kokoma kwa chipatso ichi. Pitirizani mofanana, kuwonjezera pepala la mpunga kwa opanga mpaka mutapanga mapepala okwana 15-20 ophimbidwa ndi pepala la mpunga.
Zindikirani: Posachedwa mudzawona chifukwa chake pepala la mpunga ndilofunikira pazomwezi. Ngati muyesa kuwonjezera kusakaniza kwa shrimp popanda izo, mudzapeza "chinyezi" cha shrimp chimawoneka kuti "chiwotchera" dzenje kupyola muzenga!
