- Pakalipano, konzani nthochi poyang'ana ndikuyiyika pakati. Kenaka kagawani chigawo chilichonse mu theka kachiwiri, koma nthawi yayitali.
- Mu mbale yosanganikirana, ikani ufa wokwanira, 1/4 chikho cha ufa wa mpunga, chimanga cha mchere, mchere, ndi supuni ziwiri za kokonati yosalala ndi kusonkhezera kuphatikiza.
- Mu chikho choyezera, sungani madzi ozizira ndi soda ndi kuphika mu mbale ndi ufa wosakaniza. Onjezani dzira ndi vanila. Onetsetsani bwino kuti mupange phokoso losalala.
- Malo otsala 1/3 kapu ya ufa wa mpunga mumbali, yowuma ndi kuonjezera otsala a kokonati. Sakanizani bwino ndikukhala pafupi ndi kumenyana.
