- 6 masamba a mandimu (kudula ndi lumo muzing'onoting'ono, zimayambira)
- 2 tsp. chimanga (wowuma kusungunuka mu 3-4 tbsp. madzi)
Momwe Mungapangire Izo
- Dulani nthiti mu magawo awiri a inchi ndikuyika mu mbale. Pangani marinade ndi kutsanulira pa nthiti. Lembani bwino kuti muvale. Ikani mufiriji kuti muzisamba pamene mukukonzekera zina.
- Kutentha kwa wokiti kapena lalikulu frying poto pa sing'anga-kutentha kwambiri. Onjezerani 1-2 tbsp. mafuta ndikuzungulira mozungulira, kenaka yikani shallot, adyo, ndi ginger. Limbikitsani 1 mphindi kuti mutulutse fungo lokoma.
- Onjezerani zokometsera zokoma ndi zowawasa - kupatula masamba a laimu ndi madzi a chimanga. Muziganiza ndi kubweretsa kwa chithupsa.
