Momwe Mungapangire Izo
1. Sambani ndi kukhetsa masamba. Chotsani zimayambira ndi mbewu ku belu tsabola ndi kudula mu zoonda. Sakanizani ndi kukhetsa bwinobwino nyemba zanu. Mphepete mwa udzu winawake ndi kudula pazomwe mukugwiritsira ntchito zochepa.
2. Dulani mchenga pamphepete mwa tirigu kuti mukhale wochepa. Gwirizanitsani ndi zowonjezera marinade, kuwonjezera chimanga chakumapeto. Yambani mphepo kwa mphindi 15.
Sakanizani msuzi ndi mchere.
3. Kutenthetsa wok wokwera pakati. Onjezerani mafuta awiri a supuni kwa wok wokha . Mafuta akonzeka, yikani ng'ombe. Brown mwachidule, kenaka kanizani-mwachangu mpaka mutaphika. Chotsani kwa wok. Sambani wokha ngati kuli kofunikira.
4. Onjezerani ma supuni awiri. Onjezerani adyo ndi ginger ndikusakanikirana pang'ono mpaka mphukira (pafupifupi masekondi 30). Onjezerani tsabola wobiriwira ndi udzu winawake. Onetsetsani mwachidule, ndi kuwonjezera tsabola wofiira.
Sindikizani ndiwo zamasamba mpaka kumbali ya wokondedwayo. Onjezani msuzi pakati pa wok. Tenthe pang'ono, kenaka yikani chimanga ndi madzi slurry, oyambitsa kuthira.
Onjezerani mobwerezabwereza kwa wok. Yonjezerani zowamba nyemba. Sakanizani zonse pamodzi. Fukani ndi mbeu za sesame musanayambe kutumikira. Amatumikira 2 kapena 4 (monga gawo la chakudya chambiri).
