Zosakaniza za Seitan Wokonzeka Kwambiri
- 1 chikho chofunika tirigu gluten
- 3/4 chikho madzi kapena masamba msuzi
- 2 tbsp. soya msuzi kapena tamari
- 1 tsp. ufa wa ginger
- 1 tsp. adyo ufa
- 6 makapu masamba msuzi kuphika
- Zosankha: Zowonjezeratu za soya msuzi kapena tamari kuwonjezera pa msuzi
- Zosankha: 3 mpaka 4 magawo anyezi
- Zosankha: Mphindi 2 kapena 3 zidutswa zanga

Jolinda Hackett Kuti mupange seitan wanu, muziphatikiza ufa wofunikira wa tirigu wa gluten ndi zonunkhira zowonjezera. Mu chosiyana mbale, sakanizani soya msuzi ndi 3/4 chikho masamba msuzi kapena madzi.
Onjezerani madzi kuti muume zowonjezera ndikusuntha mwachikondi kuti mugwirizane. Pambuyo poyambira pang'ono, mukufunikira kugwiritsa ntchito manja anu chifukwa ichi chimakhala ndi gluten.
