- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. mpiru wouma
- 1 tsp. youma tsamba lawuma
- 1/4 c. molasses
- Mchere, kuti ulawe

- Sankhani nyemba, kuyang'ana miyala yaying'ono ndi nyemba zopanda ungwiro. Phimbani ndi madzi ozizira ndipo mulowere usiku wonse.
- M'mawa mubweretse kuwira pa stovetop. Sungani mpaka mankhusu azipiringa mukamawomba. Sambani ndi madzi otentha.
- Ikani theka la nyemba mu ngodya. Fukani ndi theka la anyezi ndi dontho ndi supuni imodzi ya batala. Bwerezani ndi theka lachiwiri.
- Mu mbale, phatikiza shuga wofiira, ginger, mpiru, thyme, molasses, ndi 1/2 chikho cha madzi. Muziganiza kuti mugwirizane. Thirani nyemba. Onjezerani madzi otentha kuti mutsuke kapu ndipo musaphimbe nyemba. Phimbani ndi kuphika maola 7 mpaka 9.
- Chotsani chophimba nthawi yotsiriza kuti muphike pansi, kapena kuzizira ndi kubwezeretsanso. Onetsani mchere, kuti mulawe.
