Momwe Mungapangire Izo
- Ikani zowonjezera zonse mu chopukusira kapena blender. Onjezerani 1/4 chikho cha madzi.
- Gwirani zowonjezera kukhala phala losalala la phokoso, phala lokhazikika. Onjezerani madzi pang'ono pamene mukupera, ngati mukufunikira, koma musapange masala kwambiri.
