Kuwotcha Kokonati. D.Schmidt Ikani 1/4 chikho cha kokonati youma chowotcha mu poto yowuma. Kutenthetsa frying poto pa sing'anga kutentha. Onetsetsani kokonati nthawi zonse, mpaka itembenuke kuwala kofiira golide ndi zonunkhira. Lembani kokonati yowonongeka mu mbale kuti muzizizira.

Kupanga zovala za saladi. D.Schmidt Pogwiritsa ntchito kuvala, sungani pamodzi mu kapu:
- 3 Tbsp. Nsomba ya nsomba kapena msuzi wa zamasamba, OR 4 Tbsp. soya msuzi ngati zamasamba
- 3 Tbsp. madzi a mandimu
- 1-2 Tbsp. shuga wofiira (kulawa)
- 1 katsabola katsopano, minced, OR 1/2 tsp. tsabola wa cayenne, OR 1-2 tsp. chili cha msuzi
Ikani kuvala pambali.

Konzani Zina Zosakaniza
Kukonzekera Zosakaniza Zina. D.Schmidt Konzani izi zowonjezera:
- 2 makapu nyemba amamera
- 1/2 chikho chapamwamba, chodulidwa ngati masamba ndi aakulu
- 1/2 mpaka 3/4 kapu ya coriander yatsopano, pafupifupi akanadulidwa
- Zosankha: 1-2 maluwa okongola ofiira, minced (mbewu zachotsedwa)
- 3-4 kasupe (wobiriwira) anyezi, sliced
- 1/4 chikho cha 1/3 chikho chamakono kapena makoswe, odulidwa kapena pansi

Zakudya zokoma za Thai Mango Mangodi !. Copyright Darlene A. Schmidt, 05/31/10 Onjezerani izi zina zowonjezera ku saladi, kuphatikizapo theka la kokonati yofufumitsa ndi theka la mtedza. Tsopano yikani kuvala ndi kuponyera palimodzi.
Chitani kukoma-kuyesa mchere, zonunkhira, ndi zokoma, kuwonjezera msuzi wa nsomba ngati mumakonda saltier, kwambiri ngati mukukonda spicier, kapena shuga kwambiri mukakondweretsa okoma. Ngati ndi okoma kwambiri kapena amchere, onjezerani madzi a mandimu.
Kutumikira saladi mu mbale, kapena kugawanika pa mbale imodzi. Fukani ndi kokonati yosakanizidwa ndi mtedza musanayambe kutumikira, ndipo Kondwerani!
Zokuthandizani: Ndi bwino kudya saladiyi mkati mwa maola 24. Amapanga chokopa chachikulu komanso mbale yam'mbali! Ngati mukufuna kutumikira monga chakudya chamadzulo, onjezerani zitsamba zophika, zophikidwa ndi nkhuku zophikidwa, kapena toried tofu.
