- 3-4 cloves adyo (minced)
- 3-4 anyezi wobiriwira (odulidwa)
- Chigawo chachikulu cha thumb

- 1/2 mpaka 1 watsopano wofiira kapena wobiriwira (minced, kusintha kwa kukoma)
- Tsabola kakang'ono kamodzi katsamba
- 1-2 makapu chitumbuwa tomato (sliced pakati)
- 1/3 kapu yatsopano (ngati simungapeze basil, timbewu tonunkhira ndi zabwino kwambiri)
- 1/3 chikho chosema chophika
- 2 Tbsp. masamba mafuta
- Msuzi Wosakaniza:
- 1 Tbsp.
- nsomba msuzi
- 1/4 chikho cha soya msuzi
- 1 Tbsp. hoisin msuzi
- 1 Tbsp. shuga wofiira
Momwe Mungapangire Izo
- Apatseni letesi masamba ndi kutsuka. Sungani mu saladi mopota ndipo muike mufiriji mpaka nthawi yoti mutumikire.
- Ndi mpeni wawukulu, kanikeni mapepala a pulasitiki pogwiritsa ntchito mpeni. Khalani mu mbale yaying'ono yotumikira.
- Onetsetsani zonse 'STIR-FRY SAUCE' zosakaniza pamodzi mu chikho. Ikani pambali pa chitofu.
- Kutenthetsa wok wokongola kapena wobiriwira poto pamwamba pa kutentha kwakukulu. Mukatenthetsera mafuta, onjezerani adyo, anyezi, galangal kapena ginger komanso chili. Limbikitsani kutulutsa kununkhira (pafupi mphindi imodzi).
- Onjezerani njuchi ya pansi. Muziganiza mofulumira 5-6 mphindi. Pamene mukuyambitsa-mwachangu, pang'onopang'ono kuwonjezera pa theka la chipwirikiti-mwachangu msuzi.
- Onjezani tsabola wobiriwira kuphatikizapo Tbsp pang'ono. kuyambitsa-Fry msuzi. Tsatirani-mwachangu 2-3 mphindi.
- Onjezani tomato kuphatikizapo otsalira-mwachangu msuzi. Tsatirani-mwachangu 2 mphindi zina.
- Chotsani kutentha. Chomitsa chotsani chophimba ndi kuwonjezera kwa wok. Pindani mkati.
- Kulawa-kuyesa kwa kukoma, kuwonjezera msuzi wa nsomba ngati sikununkhira mokwanira. Ngati mchere wochuluka kwa kukoma kwanu, yikani madzi a mandimu. Zilonda zambiri zimatha kuwonjezeredwa ndi zonunkhira zambiri.
- Kuyika wraps palimodzi, ingotenga tsamba la letesi, supuni yotentha yothamanga mkatikati, ndi pamwamba ndi nsonga zowonongeka (kuti mumve zambiri zothandiza, onani ndemanga yanga pamwambapa). Sangalalani!
