2. Ikani zonse msuzi zosakaniza mu sing'anga.
3. Kuwombera pamapiri a 5-6 mphindi, kuyambitsa nthawi zambiri. Pezani kutentha kutsika ndi kuzizira kwa mphindi 3-4 zina.
4. Chotsani kutentha. Sakanizani msuzi kwa mphindi 1-2 musanayambe kugwira ntchito ndi nsomba.

6. Ikani pa grill kabati ndi kuphika kwa mphindi 3-4 pambali, malingana ndi makulidwe akuluakulu.
7. Baste ndi mafuta otsala panthawi yophika. Kamodzi nsomba ikafika kutentha kwa mkati mwa madigiri 145 F, imatha.
