Chimene Mufuna
- 250 gms wotsalira nyama (nkhosa kapena ng'ombe)
- 1 chikho cha Basmati mpunga
- 1 anyezi wamkulu
- 2 tomato yaikulu
- 2 tbsps adyo phala
- 1 tbsp ginger phala
- 2 tsp coriander ufa
- 1 tsp ufa wa chitowe
- 1/2 tsp turmeric ufa
- 2 maluwa okongola amapanga kutalika
- 1 tbsp garamu masala powder
- 1 chikho chosakaniza masamba (nyemba, nandolo, kaloti, kolifulawa, mbatata, etc.)
- Makapu 2 1/2 madzi otentha
- 3 tbsps masamba / canola / mafuta ophikira mpendadzuwa
Momwe Mungapangire Izo
- Sambani mpunga wa Basmati bwino ndipo zilowerereni mu mbale ya madzi kwa mphindi 15-20.
- Thirani mafuta mu poto lakuya, yolemera-pansi ndipo onjezerani anyezi. Fry mpaka golidi.
- Onjezerani adyo ndi mapepala a ginger komanso mwachangu mpaka bulauni.
- Onjezerani zonunkhira zonse, tomato ndi masamba obiriwira. Fry mpaka mafuta ayamba kusiyanitsa ndi masala.
- Yonjezerani mpunga, wotsalira nyama, zophimba, ndi madzi ndikusakaniza bwino. Onetsani mchere kuti mulawe.
- Bweretsani mpunga ku chithupsa, kuimirira, kuphimba ndi kuphika mpaka madzi onse atayima. Ngati mpunga akadali wosaphika uwonjezere theka la chikho cha madzi ndikupitiriza kuphika.
- Tumikirani piping otentha ndi yogurt ndi pickle.
