- 1-14-ounce akhoza kuyamwa chimanga
- 1 12-ounce akhoza chimanga (chatsanulidwa)
- Supuni ya 1 kuwala soya msuzi
- 1/2 shuga supuni
- dash wakuda wakuda (kulawa)
- 1/2 supuni ya supuni ya sesame mafuta
- Anyezi 1 kapena 2 anyezi wobiriwira (finely akanadulidwa)

- Mu mbale yaing'ono, gwiritsani chikwangwani chodulidwa mu chowotcha. Mu chotsitsa chaching'ono chochepa, gwiritsani ntchito pamodzi chimanga ndi madzi.
- Mu sing'anga phukusi, bweretsani nkhuku msuzi, zonunkhira chimanga, chimanga niblets, soy msuzi , shuga, ndi tsabola kwa chithupsa, choyambitsa nthawi zina.
- Onjezerani tsamba ndikubwerera ku chithupsa. Bwezeretsani chimanga ndi madzi ndikuwatsanulira mu supu, ndikufulumizitsa kudya.
- Chotsani msuzi kutentha. Onetsetsani mafuta a sesame. Idyani mu mbale ndikuwaza ndi akanadulidwa anyezi.
