- 1 tbsp. Nkhumba zakuda (zosweka ndi pestle & mortar) kapena 1 tsp. tsabola wakuda wakuda
- 10 cloves adyo (minced)
- 1 wofiira chili (minced, kulawa)
- Kudya Msuzi Kapena Kuwala:
- 2/3 chikho cha vinyo wosasa (kapena mtundu wina wa viniga: woyera, vinyo woyera, kapena apulo cider)
- 1/3 chikho chodzala shuga wofiira
- 4 cloves adyo, minced
- 1 tsabola wofiira (minced) kapena 1/3 mpaka 1/2 tsp. zouma zouma zoumba kapena tsabola ya cayenne
- 1 tbsp. nsomba msuzi
Momwe Mungapangire Izo
- Gwiritsani ntchito zopangira marinade mu mbale ndikuyendetsa bwino kuti muwononge shuga.
- Onjezani nkhuku, mutembenukire kangapo kuti muteteze nkhuku ndikuzisambitseni mu marinade. Phimbani ndi malo mufiriji kuti muziyenda maola ola limodzi, kapena usiku umodzi ndi bwino.
- Kuti mupange sauce / glaze, onetsetsani zokometsera msuzi / zowonjezera mu kapu. Onetsetsani ndipo mubweretse ku chithupsa (fungo lidzakhala lopsa mtima ngati vinyo wosasa akutha).
