Chimene Mufuna
- 6 mazira oyamwitsa ana (otsukidwa, phesi yokonzedwa ndi pang'ono pang'onopang'ono)

- 6-8 masamba a curry
- 2 nyemba zofiira zouma
- Dash mchere (kapena kulawa)
- 3-4 tbsp. mafuta a masamba (kapena canola kapena mafuta a mpendadzuwa)
- Chokongoletsera chatsopano, chodulidwa
Momwe Mungapangire Izo
- Ikani coriander, chitowe, tiyi, tizilombo tofiira, kokonati ndi adyo odulidwa mu mbale ndikusakanikirana.
- Finyani tamarind yomwe yathyoledwa madzi ofunda kuti muchotse zonse zamkati ndi madzi. Sungani ndi kutaya pith.
- Wonjezerani zamkati za tamarind ku zonunkhira pang'ono panthawi kuti mutenge phala wandiweyani. Onetsani mchere kuti mulawe ndi kusakaniza bwino.
- Lembani zitsulo m'ma eggplant ndi izi zonunkhira. Khalani pambali.
- Kutenthetsa mafuta poto (pamoto wandiweyani) mpaka kutentha. Tsopano yikani mbewu za mpiru, nyemba zouma zofiira, ndi masamba a curry ndi kuphika mpaka kuphulika kwadontho. Tsopano onjezerani ma birplant ndipo mofatsa muyimbire.
