- 2 mapaundi / 900 g mapepala kupita ku shrimp zazikulu (osagwira ntchito)
- 1/2 chikho / 120 mL youma sherry
- Tsabola wa Cayenne kulawa
- Tsabola wakuda kuti alawe
- Dothi la adyo kuti mulawe

1. Yambani mafuta ndi kusungunula batala mu poto yamakina 13x9-inch, kapena mbale yowonjezera. Chotsani poto kuchokera ku uvuni ndi kusonkhezera msuzi wa BBQ ndi madzi a mandimu . Yonjezerani zitsamba ndikukwera kuti muvale. Pitani mu poto. Fukani tsabola wa cayenne, tsabola wakuda ndi adyo ufa wochuluka pamwamba pa shrimp, ndikumbukira kuti chipolopolocho chiri pa shrimp ndipo sizomwe zidzakongoletsera!
2. Tsambulani nsomba zisanu ndi zisanu kuchokera ku chitsime cha moto kwa mphindi zinayi.
Tembenuzani zitsamba. Onjezerani sherry ndi katsabola kwa mphindi zinayi motalika. Tiyeni tiime kwa mphindi zingapo kuti tipeze zonunkhira.
3. Amapanga mavitamini 4-6, malinga ndi chilakolako chanu cha "mtima". Ndimatumikira ndi mbatata zophika mu mafuta ndi parsley ndi zina zina, malinga ndi nyengo.
