- 1 1/2 supuni ya tiyi / 7.5 ml. nyanja yamchere
- Zosankha: supuni 1/5 ml. shuga
- 1/2 supuni ya tiyi / 2.5 ml. tsabola wakuda
Momwe Mungapangire Izo
- Bweretsani makapu 6-7 a madzi amchere (pafupifupi 1 supuni ya tiyi mchere) kuphika mu mphika waukulu.
- Peel ndi kudula mbatata mu chunks akulu, kuwonjezera ku mphika, ndi kuwiritsa kwa mphindi 15-20. Mbatata ziyenera kukhala zokoma, komabe zimakhala zolimba pamene zophika.
- Thirani ndi kuika mbatata mu mbale yaikulu ya madzi ozizira ndi madzi okwanira 1-2 mphindi khumi. Thirani mbatata kachiwiri ndikudula 1/2-inch chunks. Khalani pambali.
