- 8 Zakudya zouma (zoviikidwa m'madzi otentha kwa mphindi 10)
- 3 shallots
- 4 cloves adyo
- 2.5 cm masentimita atsopano
- 2 mapesi lemongrass (ntchito pansi theka chabe)
- 1/2 supuni ya tiyi ya tchire (tchizi wouma kapena nsomba)
- Pangani Kusakaniza Kwadothi:
- Supuni 1 ya coriander
- Supuni 1 ya chitowe
- Nyenyezi yonse yanyenyezi
- 1 sinamoni ndodo
- 1/2 supuni ya supuni ya peppercorns yakuda
- 2 mapaipi a makamera (wobiriwira)
