- Mchere wa 1 mpaka 2 (mbalame zowonongeka, zouma, nthaka, OR 1 mpaka 2 tsp zouma zoumba)
- 1/4 chikho phwetekere (finely akanadulidwa)
- Coriander yokwana 1 (masamba atsopano ndi zimayambira, odulidwa)
Momwe Mungapangire Izo
- Onetsetsani zosakaniza marinade pamodzi ndi kutsanulira pa steaks. Sinthani ma steak nthawi zingapo kuti muwonetse kuti ali ndi marinade. Ikani mu firiji kwa mphindi 15-30.
