- Mchere wamchere ndi tsabola watsopano
- Supuni 3 zabwino mafuta azitona
- 1/4 chikho chokongoletsedwa ndi tsamba parsley
- Supuni imodzi yokometsetsa yokongoletsa rosemary
- Supuni ya 1 yokometsetsa utomoni watsopano
- 1 lalikulu shallot, akanadulidwa bwino kwambiri
- 2 lalikulu cloves adyo, akanadulidwa bwino kwambiri
Momwe Mungapangire Izo
- Nyengo yamphongo ikhale ndi mchere ndi tsabola. Gwiritsani pamodzi supuni 1 ½ ya mafuta, parsley, rosemary, thyme, shallot ndi adyo mu phala wandiweyani. (Mwinanso, muphatikizidwe mu pulogalamu ya chakudya cha mini). Bwetsani zofufumitsa ponseponse ndi phala ndikuwalola kuti akhale pamphindi 30.
- Sakanizani uvuni ku madigiri 425.
- Kutentha supuni 1 ½ ya mafuta a maolivi mumtambo waukulu, wolemera kwambiri pa moto wamoto. Mwanawankhosa wamphongo kumbali zonse mpaka utoto wofiira utayamba kupanga, pafupi mphindi 4-5 mbali iliyonse.
- Tumizani phokoso la mwanawankhosa ku poto yophika, ndi mafuta omwe ali pamwamba. Kuwotcha mwanawankhosa 20-25 mpaka nthawi yomweyo-kuwerenga kutentha kwa mpweya kuikidwa pakatikati pa chombocho kufika pa madigiri 130 (sing'anga-chosavuta).
- Tumizani zojambulidwa ku bolodi locheka. Lolani mwanawankhosa kuti apumule kwa mphindi zisanu. Kagawani pakati pa mafupa kuti mudule mwanawankhosa muzipinda.
