Kwa tsamba limodzi la tsamba lino, onani wanga: Savory Sticky Rice ndi Nguruwe & Nkhumba.
Choyamba, konzani zokonzekera zanu. Kwa Chinsinsi ichi chomwe mukufuna :
- Makapu awiri Thai mpunga wokhazikika (wotchedwanso "mpunga wokoma" kapena "mpunga wodula")
- 5 nthawi zonse amathyola nyama yankhumba (OR 3)
- 1/3 chikho chodula shallots OR ofiirira anyezi
- Bokosi 1 la shiitake bowa
- 1 tsp. minced adyo (pafupifupi 3 cloves)
- 1 kabokosi wofiira, finely sliced, OR 1/2 tsp. zouma zathyola chilimu OR cayenne
- 1 + 1/2 Tbsp. nsomba msuzi
- 1 + 1/2 tsp. msuzi wakuda soy, kapena 2 ena Tbsp. msuzi wa soy wokhazikika
- 1 Tbsp. msuzi wa soy wokhazikika
- 3 anyezi a kasupe, sliced
- Masamba a nthochi a banki (omwe amawoneka ndi mazira m'masitolo ambiri a ku Asia), OR cheesecloth

Lembani Msuzi Wokongola.
Kuwombera Msuzi Wolimbitsa. D.Schmidt Phizani makapu awiri mpunga wothira ndi inchi ya madzi. Siyani kuti mulowerere osachepera mphindi 30. (Onetsetsani kuti mpunga wokhazikika uli ndi chofunda cholimba chomwe chimafuna kuthamanga, mwinamwake mudzatha ndi mpunga wolimba.)

Fry Fly Strips ya Bacon.
Kusuta Fodya. D.Schmidt Ikani mabala asanu a bacon (OR 3-sliced strips) mu frying pan kapena wok (pano ndikugwiritsa ntchito nyama yankhumba). Onjezerani madzi pang'ono kuti tizilombo tiwonde, kenako tizizizira kwa mphindi zisanu ndi zisanu ndi zisanu, mpaka mpaka nyama yankhumba yophikidwa (kuchepa m'malo mopweteka). Chotsani nyama yankhumba ndikuyiyika mu zidutswa zing'onozing'ono. Thirani theka la nyama yankhumba, kusungira zotsala mu poto (izi zidzakuthandizani kukoma mpunga).

Yonjezerani masamba.
Kuonjezera Bowa, Garlic, ndi anyezi. D.Schmidt Bweretsani bacon ku poto. Onjezerani 1/3 chikho shallots kapena anyezi wofiira, 1 chikho chodula bowa, 1 tsp. adyo, 1 wodulidwa tsabola wofiira (kapena 1/2 tsp wosweka chili), ndi 1 mwa zitsamba zosungunuka zakuda. Limbikitsani pa sing'anga-kutentha kwakukulu mphindi ziwiri, kapena mpaka miphika yophika.

Onjezerani Mpunga ndi Sauce.
Kuwonjezera Msuzi wa Soy. D.Schmidt Tsopano onjezerani mpunga wokhazikika, kuphatikizapo 1 Tbsp. msuzi wa soya, 1 + 1/2 tbsp nsomba msuzi, ndi 1 + 1/2 tsp. msuzi wa soya wakuda (kapena 2 ena a Tbsp a soy sauce ozolowereka). Limbikitsani mwachidule kuphatikiza. Chotsani kutentha.

Konzani Steamer Yanu.
Kukonzekera Steamer. D.Schmidt Konzekerani chombo cha nsungwi, kapena gwiritsani ntchito colander yomwe imayikidwa mkati mwa mphika (monga momwe taonera apa). Lembani colander kapena steamer ndi masamba a nthochi OR cheesecloth. Ngati mumagwiritsa ntchito masamba a nthochi, musalole kutaya mphindi 30 kapena kutsuka mwamsanga pansi pa madzi otentha kuti mufewetse.

Kuyala Colander ndi Banana Leaf. D.Schmidt Ngati mukugwiritsa ntchito masamba a nthochi, muzidula m'mapepala pogwiritsa ntchito lumo. Zigawo ziwiri ndi zabwino.

Msuzi wa Rice Rice.
Kupukuta pamwamba pa nsonga za Banana Leaf kuti zinyontho. D.Schmidt Ngati pali tsamba linalake pamwamba pa colander, pewani pang'onopang'ono pamwamba pa mpunga wokhutira. Onetsetsani kuti pali madzi okwanira 1 m'munsi mwa mphika wanu. Tsopano yikani colander ndi chivindikiro chokwanira ndi kupaka mpunga wokonda kwambiri kutentha kwa 30 mpaka 35 mphindi, kapena mpaka mpunga utembenuke ndikutuluka ndipo ndi yofewa ndi yowonongeka kuti idye. Onetsetsani madzi mumphika nthawi ndi nthawi, kuwombera ngati kuli kofunikira.
