Momwe Mungapangire Izo
- Lembani chidziwitso chodabwitsa mu mbale ya madzi usiku umodzi. Ikani izo mu pakhomo mmawa wotsatira. Musati muwonjezere madzi aliwonse pamene mukupera.
- Onjetsani chillies chobiriwira ndi ginger ku phala ili.
- Sakanizani 1 chikho cha yoghurt ndi 2 makapu a madzi ndi mchere kuti mulawe. Khalani pambali.
- Mu mbale ina sungani yoghurt yotsalira ndi ufa wofiira wofiira, chitetezo masala, ufa wa chitowe, shuga ndi mchere kuti mulawe. Sakanizani bwino. Khalani pambali.
