Momwe Mungapangire Izo
1. Mu mbale yosakaniza, kirimu mafuta ndi kirimu pamodzi. Onjezerani shuga ndi vanila, ndi kusakaniza mpaka yosalala. Onjezani ufa ndi kusakaniza mopepuka. Friji ya refrigerate kwa ola limodzi kapena kuposa.
