- 3 tbsp. bengal gramu ufa (
- besan )
- Mchere kuti ulawe
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric ufa
- 1/2 tsp. tsabola wofiira
- 1 tsp. chitowe ufa
- 1 tsp. chitowe mbewu
- 1 tsp. Mbeu zamchere (ajwain, udzu wa bishopu)
- 3 tbsp. masamba / canola / mafuta ophikira mpendadzuwa
Momwe Mungapangire Izo
- Sambani zukini bwinobwino ndikuwuma. Tsopano dulani mkati mozungulira kutalika ndiyeno pangani mu "zidutswa".
- Ikani zukini odulidwa mu mbale yaikulu yosakaniza. Onjezerani ufa wa bengal gramu, turmeric, chitowe ndi nyemba zofiira zamchere, mchere kuti mulawe ndi kusakaniza bwino kuvala zidutswa zonse za zukini. Khalani pambali chifukwa cha mtsogolo.
- Kutenthetsa mafuta mu poto wakuya pamoto wamkati, mpaka kutentha.
- Onjezani chitowe ndi mbewu zamphongo ndi kuphika mpaka asiye kuphulika. Tsopano yikani zukini ndi kusakaniza bwino.
