Chimene Mufuna
- 250 gm ufa wokhazikika
- 4 tbsp ghee
- 1 tsp anyezi mbewu
- Mchere kuti ulawe
- Masamba ophikira masamba / canola / mafuta a mpendadzuwa kuti apite mwachangu
- 5 mbatata zazikulu, zophika, zophimbidwa ndi kudulidwa mu zidutswa zing'onozing'ono
- Nkhuku imodzi ya chikho, yophika ndi yosakanizika (yasakaniza ndi mchere kuti mulawe)
- 2 anyezi anakhetsedwa bwino kwambiri
- 2 tomato osakaniza bwino akudulidwa bwino kwambiri
- 2 makapu abwino Sev (gramu ufa vermicelli)
- 2 Tsp ufa wofiira
- Mchere wa miyala wamdima wakuda 3 tsp
- 2 tbsps chitowe mbewu, mokoma wokazinga ndi phulusa
- Masamba a coriander opangidwa bwino kwambiri kuti akongoletsedwe
- Chikho chimodzi Tamarind Chutney
- 1 chikho Cintendo Coriander Chutney
Momwe Mungapangire Izo
- Sakanizani ufa, ghee, anyezi mbewu ndi mchere kuti mulawe ndi kusakaniza bwino. Onjezerani madzi pang'ono panthawi ndikudula kuti mutenge mtanda wolimba. Phimbani ndi nsalu yonyowa ndipo mulole kupuma kwa mphindi 20.
- Pambuyo pake mtanda utapuma, ugawanire mu mipira yofanana. Sungani pakati pa palmu wanu mpaka musakhale bwino.
- Pang'ono ufa ufa woyera rolling pamwamba ndi kusindikiza limodzi mpira wathanzi. Pewani mu bwalo (1/4 "wandiweyani) pogwiritsa ntchito pini. Pakali pano mugwiritsire ntchito chodula chozungulira (2-3" m'mimba mwake) kuti muchepetse magulu ang'onoang'ono pa bwalo lalikulu. - Kutentha mafuta kuti ukhale wobirira kwambiri, mu poto wakuya pa moto wamkati. Mukatentha, yikani Puris ochepa panthawi ndi mwachangu mpaka golide wonyezimira komanso wotumbululuka.
- Sungani ndi kusunga mapepala amapepala. Bwerezani mpaka Pulasitiki yonse yapangidwa. Zikhoza kusungidwa kwa masabata angapo ngati zitasungidwa mu chidebe chotsitsimula.
- Kuti mutumikire, choyamba musonkhanitse zowonjezera zonse - Puris, toppings ndi chutneys - Konzani 5-6 Puris pa munthu aliyense, pa mbale.
- Ikani mbatata, nkhuku, anyezi ndi phwetekere pa Puri iliyonse. Zonse zikachitidwa mwanjira imeneyi, yanizani tamarind Chutney ndi Mint-Coriander Chutney iliyonse pa Puri iliyonse.
- Sakanizani pang'ono pa Sev ponseponse mu mbale. Tsopano perekani ufa wofiira wofiira, ufa wa chitowe ndi mchere wamdima wakuda ndi zokongoletsa ndi masamba a coriander odulidwa. Tumikirani mofulumira kuti mupewe Puris kupeza zovuta.
