Chimene Mufuna
- 1 makilogalamu (2.2 mapaundi) mutton (kapena nkhosa yamphongo kapena nyama yamphongo yokhala zidutswa zing'onozing'ono, kuphatikizapo mafupa)
- 25 masamba a curry
- 1 tbsp. viniga
- 1/2 tsp. tsabola watsopano wakuda
- 4 tbsps. masamba mafuta
- 2 anyezi akuluakulu (odulidwa bwino)
- 2 kasupe wobiriwira (kupatulira kutalika)
- 1 tsp. adyo (finely akanadulidwa)
- Peppercorns 10 zakuda
- 1 "sinamoni ya ndodo
- 8 cloves
- Mbewu kuchokera ku 5 cardinom yobiriwira
- 1 tsp. mbewu za fennel
- 10 mbatata ya mwana
- 1 1/2 chikho cha kokonati mkaka
- Mchere kuti ulawe
- Msuzi wa 1/2 ndimu
Momwe Mungapangire Izo
- Ikani nyama, vinyo wosasa, masamba a curry 15, tsabola watsopano wakuda pansi ndi 1 chikho cha madzi mu poto wakuya ndikukonzekera kuphika pazitsulo zamkati. Cook mpaka nyama itatha. Khalani pambali kuti mugwiritse ntchito.
- Sungani poto lopanda phokoso lamoto ndikusakaniza sinamoni, cardamom, cloves, peppercorns wakuda ndi mbewu za fennel mmenemo mpaka atayamba kukhala mdima ndi kumasula fungo lawo. Lolani kuti azizizira ndikupera mu ufa wonyezimira mu chopukusira khofi wouma bwino.
- Sungani mafuta ophika mu poto, pansi pamoto ndi kuwonjezera anyezi odulidwa, chilulu chobiriwira, adyo wodulidwa ndi masamba otsala a curry. Cook mpaka anyezi azifewa.
- Onjezerani zonunkhira pansi pano kuti muzisakaniza bwino. Kuphika kwa mphindi 2-3. Onjezani nyama tsopano ndi kuphika mpaka browned.
- Onjezerani mbatata ya mwana ndikuphika kwa mphindi zisanu.
- Onjezerani nyama yophikidwa kale ndi katundu ku izi ndikuphika kwa mphindi zisanu.
- Onjezerani mkaka wa kokonati kwa izi ndikuphika mpaka nyama itatha.
- Onetsani mchere kulawa ndi madzi a 1/2 ndimu ndikutsitsa moto. Sakanizani bwino.
- Kutumikira ndi mpunga wotentha, Idlis, Dosas kapena Appams.
