- Mchere kuti ulawe
- 2 tomato yaikulu, odulidwa bwino
Momwe Mungapangire Izo
- Pukutani nkhukuzo ndikuyika mu mbale yaikulu ya pulasitiki. Thirani vinyo wosasa pa zidutswazo ndi kusakaniza kuti zonse zidutswa bwino. Akhale ndi mphindi 10 ndikutsuka nkhuku pansi pa madzi. Izi zimachotsa kununkhiza kwa nkhuku kwambiri ndi kulawa. Ikani nkhuku pambali kwa mtsogolo.
