- 3/4 tsp.
- nthaka yotchedwa turmeric (kapena 1 tsp. mwatsopano, minced)
- 1/2 tsp. nthaka coriander
- 1 tsp. nthaka chitowe
- 1-2 mabulosi ofiira ofiira (minced, OR 1/2 kuti 3/4 tsp. Zouma zowonongeka)
- 1/8 tsp. tsabola woyera (kapena wakuda)
- 3 tbsp. Madzi a mandimu (kapena mandimu)

Momwe Mungapangire Izo
