Momwe Mungapangire Izo
- Sakanizani mwana wa nkhosa / mandton ndi yogurt, phala la adyo, mandimu, garam masala ndi mchere kuti mulawe, muphimbe ndipo mulole kuti mutenge maola atatu.
- Thirani mafuta ku Kadhai (kapena poto ina iliyonse) pamoto wamkati. Onjezerani chilonda chobiriwira ndi mwachangu mpaka atasiya kuphulika.
- Onjezerani mwanawankhosa ndi marinade ndi mwachangu, oyambitsa kawirikawiri, kwa mphindi zisanu ndi zisanu ndi ziwiri.
