Momwe Mungapangire Izo
- Konzani apamwamba griddle pa sing'anga kutentha. Mukatentha, ikani chitowe, coriander ndi mbewu za fennel.
- Zouma ziwotchera zitsulozo mpaka mbewu iziyamba kutembenuka pang'ono ndikuyamba kupereka mafuta awo. Onetsetsani nthawi zambiri pamene mukuwotchera, kuteteza njere ku moto.
- Pamene nyemba zophika, zichotseni pa poto ndikufalikira pa mbale kuti uzizizira.
- Mukamaziziritsa, sakanizani mbeu ndi zowonjezera zonse mu chopukusira choyera, chouma, khofi kapena pulogalamu ya chakudya ndikupera mpaka mutapeza mafuta abwino. Chaat Masala tsopano ndi wokonzeka kugwiritsidwa ntchito.
