- 2 magawo a nkhaka (finely akanadulidwa)
- 1 tsp. anyezi wofiira (finely akanadulidwa)
- madzi a 1 lemon wedge
- 3 masamba ambewu (finely akanadulidwa)
- 1/4 tsp. katsabola watsopano (finely akanadulidwa)
- Mchere ndi tsabola kuti mulawe
Momwe Mungapangire Izo
- Yambani pokonzekera tzatziki. Muzitsulo kakang'ono, sakanizani greek yogurt ndi finely akanadulidwa nkhaka, anyezi, timbewu timadziti ndi katsabola, madzi a mandimu, ndi mchere ndi tsabola. Ndibwino ngati mutalola msuzi uyu kukhala pang'ono pang'ono musanayambe kukumba, koma ngati mutakhala nthawi yambiri, pitirizanibe kuigwiritsa ntchito. Zidzakhalanso zabwino.
