- Yambani mwa kusonkhana ndi aioli. Gwiritsani pamodzi mayonesi, basil, mandimu, ndi adyo clove ndi kuika pambali.
- Mu chitsulo chosungunuka chitsulo, perekani nyama yankhumba pamatentha, kutuluka nthawi zina, mpaka mutangokhalira kufuula.
- Chotsani nyama yankhumba kuchokera pa poto ndikuzizira mwachangu dzira, dzuwa likhale pamwamba pa bacon mafuta.
- Chotsani dzira ndikuika pambali.
- Tengani zidutswa zonsezi ndikuziwonjezera ku bacon mafuta odzola chitsulo. Aliyense apange kuphika kwa mphindi zingapo kumbali iliyonse mpaka mkate ukhale golidi ndi kuchapidwa.
- Akadula, sungani mbali iliyonse ndi aioli (mocheperapo poyerekeza ndi chikondi chanu cha mayo) ndipo pande imodzi, sungani letesi, phwetekere, nyama yankhumba ndi dzira lokazinga.
