Momwe Mungapangire Izo
Muzimutsuka bwino pansi pa madzi ozizira; onetsetsani kuti mazenera a tubes ndi oyera. Mutha kuchotsa khungu pa squid, koma sindimatero-ndimakonda momwe imawonekera. Lembani ma tubes mu mphete zakuda ndikuika pambali.
Bweretsani mphika wa madzi amchere (ayenera kuyamwa ngati nyanja) kuwira.
Gawani ginger mu zoonda zochepa kwambiri, monga zoonda monga momwe mungapangire. Gulani zipilala mu mphete zowonda kwambiri, kapena ngati mukugwiritsa ntchito habanero, zing'onozing'ono.
