Kuyeza ngale za tapioca. D. Schmidt INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 chikho cha tapioca ngale - chomwe chimatchedwanso "Sagou" kapena "Manioc" ku malo osungirako chakudya cha ku Asia - OR otchedwa "seed tapioca" m'sitolo
- Mango 2 okoma (ma mangu amatha pamene amununkhira, ndipo mumatha kuwapaka ndi thupi lanu) OR, ngati simungapeze mangos atsopano, gwiritsani ntchito 1 makope a mango
- Makapu 2 1/2 madzi
- 3 tbsp. shuga wofiira
- 1/4 tsp. mchere
- 1 akhoza mkaka wa kokonati wabwino
- Zipatso zakutchire zomwe mwasankha zimadulidwa mu zidutswa za kuluma (monga mango, papaya, nthochi, kiwi, nthiti, etc.).
Khwerero 1: Yesani 1/2 chikho tapioca. Phimbani ndi madzi ndipo mulole kuti muthetse kwa mphindi 15-20. Kenaka tanizani ndikuyika muphika.
Zindikirani: Ngati muli ndi ngale zazikulu (kukula kwa ngale kapena zing'onozing'ono), zilowerereni kwa mphindi 30, ndiye kuphika kwa mphindi 20-30.

Kuphika tapioca.
Kubweretsa tapioca kwa chithupsa. D. Schmidt Ikani makapu awiri madzi ndi 1/4 tsp. mchere mu mphika ndi tapioca. Sinthani kutentha pa sing'anga-mkulu, ndipo mubweretse ku chithupsa. Onetsetsani mosalekeza kuti mupitirize kumangiriza.

Cook tapioca mpaka ngale zimasintha.
Tapioca yatha pamene ngale imatembenuka. D. Schmidt Tembenuzani kutentha mpaka pakati. Lolani tapioca kuti iimbe kwa mphindi 10, kapena mpaka tapioca atembenuka kuchoka ku zoyera kupita kutuluka. (Zindikirani kuti tapioca ikhoza). Pamene yophika, kuphimba ndi malo mufiriji. Zindikirani: Mungathenso kutentha madzi otenthawa, omwe ndi abwino kwambiri m'nyengo yozizira. Pankhaniyi, yongolani pambali pambaliyi.

Dulani mango wa mango timadzi.
Kudula mango okoma. D. Schmidt Sankhani mango okoma (thupi liyenera kumva lofewa kuti likhale lopanda pake). Gwirani izo mozungulira ndi kudula mbali imodzi. Onani kuti mangos ali ndi miyala yayikulu, yomwe ili pakati, choncho yesani kudula mbali zonsezi.

Pangani chidutswa pa mbali ina ya mwalawo.
Kupaka mango mu magawo atatu. D. Schmidt Tsopano pangani wina kudula kumbali ina ya mwala mofanana ndi woyamba. Izi zidzakupatsani magawo atatu.

Dulani mango m'zipinda zazing'ono.
Kudula mango ku cubes. D. Schmidt Kutenga magawo awiri (kuchoka pa mwala tsopano), pangani utali wautali njira imodzi, kenako winayo, kuti mupange tiyi tating'ono. Pogwiritsa ntchito supuni, jambulani makapu awa mu blender kapena purosesa (kuphatikizapo madzi). Chitani chimodzimodzi ndi gawo lina la mango la mango.
Pogwiritsa ntchito mwalawo, peelani kapena kuchotsa khungu. Kenaka mudule mnofu wofewa kuzungulira mwalawo ndi mpeni. Ikani izi mu blender nayenso.

Onjezerani madzi ndi shuga kwa mango mu blender.
Kupanga mchere wa mango. D. Schmidt Onjezerani 3 tbsp. shuga wofiira ndi 1/4 chikho madzi kwa blender. Manyowa amango, madzi, ndi shuga mpaka apange msuzi kapena timadzi tokoma. Tayesani kuyamwa timadzi tokoma - yonjezerani shuga zambiri ngati si zokoma. Komanso, onjezerani Tbsp pang'ono. madzi ngati ali wandiweyani (ayenera kukhala othamanga mokwanira kuti azitsanulira mosavuta kuchokera pakamwa kakang'ono).

Dulani zipatso zowonjezereka za pudding
Kukonzekera zipatso zambiri zam'tentha. D. Schmidt Dulani mango wina muzing'onozing'ono (monga momwe munachitira poyamba). Ngati mukufuna, yonjezerani zipatso zamtundu wanu monga mapaipi, nthochi, kiwi, nkhanu, lychee, ndi zina ... Dulani mzidutswa ting'onoting'ono tokuluma.

Kuti atumikire, tinyontho tazira tapioca mukutumikira mbale ndi kukongoletsa ndi zipatso.
Kutumikira tapioca ndi mchere wamadzi ndi zipatso zatsopano zam'madzi. D. Schmidt Kutentha kotentha (kapena kutenthetsa) kumapangidwira mukutumikira mbale (zidzakhala zakuda komanso zovuta). Lembani mchere wa mango pa mbale iliyonse. Komanso, onjezerani mango (ndi zipatso zina zotentha ngati mukufuna).

Kutumikira ndi mbiya yaying'ono ya mkaka wa kokonati komanso mchere wa mango.
Kumaliza ndi mkaka wa kokonati mkaka - zokoma !. D. Schmidt Potsirizira pake, yikani mkaka wina wa kokonati ku mbale iliyonse. Ikani makapu ang'onoang'ono a mkaka wa kokonati ndi mchere wa mango pa tebulo kotero alendo anu akhoza kuwonjezerapo ngati akufuna. Malangizo othandizira: onjezani 1/4 chikho cha mkaka wa kokonati ku mbale yanu ya tapioca (malingana ndi momwe mumakonda pudding yanu), kuphatikizapo 2-3 Tbsp. wa timadzi tokoma (malinga ndi momwe mumakondera). Sakanizani zonse pamodzi mu mbale yanu musadye, ndipo Kondwerani!
