- 2 makapu Kala chana (nkhuku zakuda) - osambitsidwa ndi kulowetsedwa m'madzi usiku wonse

Momwe Mungapangire Izo
- Wiritsani nkhukuzo muzitsulo zoyenera kapena lalikulu poto mpaka zofewa. Sungani ndi kusunga pambali chifukwa cha mtsogolo.
- Sungani mafuta ophika mu poto wakuya ndipo mukakhala otentha, onjezerani mbeu za chitowe. Kuphika mpaka iwo atuluke.
- Onjezerani maluwa obiriwira ndikuphika mpaka asiye kuphulika. Tsopano yikani ginger ndi adyo komanso mwachangu kwa mphindi 2-3. Onjezani anyezi ndi mwachangu mpaka zofewa.
- Onjezani nkhuku zophika, coriander, chitowe, turmeric, chili chofiira, yaiwisi ya mango ndi kusakaniza bwino.
- Kuphika kwa mphindi ziwiri ndikuwonjezera tomato, coriander, ndi mchere kuti mulawe. Sakanizani bwino ndi kuphika kwa mphindi 4 mpaka 5 zina.
- Chotsani moto ndi zokongoletsa ndi madzi a mandimu. Sakanizani ndikutumikira nthawi yotentha.
