- Mazira 6 (ophika mwamphamvu, owedzeredwa m'kati mwake)
- Zokongoletsera: zidutswa za radishes
- Zosankha: 1 chikho theka ndi theka (ngati mukufuna kuthira msuzi)
Momwe Mungapangire Izo
- Sakani masamba ndi zimayambira ku beets. Sambani bwino ndikutsuka masamba ndi zimayambira. Peel ndi kudula beets mu cubes 1/2-inch.
