- Kenaka, khalani ndi vinyo, supu ya bowa, ndi kirimu cha kirimu mpaka mutakhala bwino. Pitirizani kuyatsa (osaphika) osakaniza kwa mphindi zisanu. Msuzi ayenera kukhala ofewa komanso kirime tonsefe tiyenera kusungunuka.
