- 1/2 tsp. tsabola wakuda wakuda
- 2 kusuntha tsp. shuga wofiira (osati wodzaza)
- Zosankha: 1-2 tsp. batala
Momwe Mungapangire Izo
- Sungunulani scallops pansi pa madzi ozizira. Pat wouma ndi kuika mu lalikulu kusakaniza mbale.
- Dulani mango kapena yamapichesi ndi tsabola wofiira kwambiri mu chunks pafupifupi kukula kwa scallops (chifukwa cha nyanja ya scallops, mukufuna zidutswa zazikulu). Ikani izi mu mbale ndi scallops.
- Ikani zonse zopangira marinade / Sauce (kupatula batala) palimodzi mu poto wa msuzi. Muziganiza bwino kuti mupange woonda, koma chokoma marinade.
